There is 2 sitting areas in the house. This is what we call the formal end! They are the most comfortable sofa's in the world!
This is the formal dining area. The majority of the house is open plan.
The Kitchen area has a separate laundry room off it and also has a door into the garage where the air hockey table is situated. There is all the usual appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is a very small electric kettle but it does the job!
This area is known as the nook. It is lovely to sit and eat your breakfast if it is to hot outside. The patio doors open out onto the pool.
The Master bedroom is also just off this area.
This is the family room. We have basic cable TV and free wireless Internet. We also offer free international calls anywhere in the world (but not to mobiles). Please avoid calling mobiles as they are charged at a very high rate. All landlines are free.
This is the pool area. we have seating for a total of 12 out there if you want it. We tend to store the pool furniture in the garage because it saves the management company an extra job if we get bad weather and it needs to be put away.
We have got houses built behind us since this picture was taken. So we have put very large palm trees in the back to block them out. The villa is in a residential area so most of the neighbours are out at work all week so it is very quiet and no one bothers you.
This is the Master bedroom with a American king size bed and the windows look out onto the pool area. This bedroom has a large bathroom with 2 sinks, a double shower and a large bath. The Bathroom leads onto a private dressing room. The Dressing room is larger than most 3rd bedrooms here in the UK!!!
This bedroom also has a TV in it.
This is the second Master bedroom. It has a American queen size bed (which is a UK King size). It has a walking wardrobe and a vanity unit with sink and mirror. It also has an en suite bathroom. The loft area (landing) also has access to this bathroom as well. It has a single sink, bath/shower and a loo!
This is one of the 3 twin rooms. It has a jack 'n' Jill bathroom which means it shares the bathroom with one of the other bedrooms. Both rooms have a door into the bathroom. It has a double sink in one area and a bath/shower and a loo in another area. The 3rd Bedroom that shares this bathroom seems to be the only room we don't have a picture of for some reason!
This is the 2nd twin room. This doesn't have a bathroom, so either the jack 'n ' jill bathroom or the 2nd Master bedroom's bathroom is available.
This is what is known as the Loft area. It has a TV, PS2 and a football table. You can also look over the banister into the family room which has a 24ft ceiling.
This is the air hockey table which is situated in the garage because it is to big and heavy for the house.
So this our home in Sunny Florida.It is about 15- 20 Mins from Orlando International Airport which is great after you get off that really long flight from the UK and the time difference.
It is about 15 mins from all the major attractions and shopping areas. And about 30 -40 mins from the beach.
